All building work carried out by A.V.A Building & Construction Ltd is subject to a separate written contract. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quotation at any time before a contract is entered into.
Payment terms are set out in individual contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
Our liability to you in connection with any building work is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
